Summary

SIKOM TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD is a subsidiary company of Camar Unggul Hotel and Resort Sdn Bhd. The company business activities are to provide IT System, Hardware, Software and IT support services within CAMAR Hotels and group affiliates.Sikom Technologies Sdn Bhd business activity is channel into 4 main operational divisions:

Main activities are:-

a) Distributor - Sikom Technologies Sdn Bhd will be a one-stop-centre company in providing System, Hardware and Software and services i.e. Property Management System (PMS), Sales & Marketing software, (POS system) as well training and technical support services.More and more companies are realizing the value of systematic data analysis to support its strategic decision making. The data analytics play a key role in helping to provide data management, customer insight, as well as product management, and pricing decision. Technology will be the key investment area will help reduce cost, enhance interaction with customers and suppliers, and accelerate time to market.Commercial Buildings, hotels and resorts, restaurants, and the institutional sub-sectors represent the best potential for distribution.

b) Commercial division activity encompass administrative, sales and marketing division whose activity is to promote and increase market share through direct marketing, media advertising, promotion, public relations as to create awareness of the product, services and nurturing a winning network of partners and building mutual loyalty.Retails cum Showroom will be under the preview of the commercial division as to showcase the company product line, Hardware and software solutions.

c) Product Development – to do market research & gather requirements for the proposed business solution, devising a plan or design for the software-based solution, implementation of the software coding, testing the software, site deployment and installation and maintenance & bug fixing.

d) The IT department is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems and for providing efficient desktop support to all business users. The department is responsible for resolving any IT-related faults quickly and efficiently, including a broad range of queries from how to set up an email account to system diagnostics, plus enhancing and developing the IT provision extended within the business.

Corporate Offices

SIKOM TECHNOLOGIES Sdn. Bhd “nerve centre” or corporate office, housed a Showroom cum Retail, Research and Development lab, IT support centre and Corporate Offices will be located at StarParc Point, Setapak, Selangor (Refer appendix 2)

StarParc Point is an excellent location for promoting and markets our product as well as easy access and as meet point for all business entity surrounding.

Fronting the Jalan Genting Klang is an excellent accessibility of this area. To access StarParc Point, you have a choice of using Jalan Genting Klang-Jalan Tun Razak from Kuala Lumpur city centre via Jalan Pahang; while from Ampang, Cheras or Petaling Jaya via the Middle Ring Road II.

Public transportation, buses regularly via Jalan Genting Klang. The area is also served by LRT stations like the Wangsa Maju and Melawati stations

Business Summary

Sikom Technologies Sdn Bhd business plans are to penetrate hotels and resort, golf clubs, catering services, institutions and retail outlets.

The company will operate through its 2 marketing segments. (Refer appendix 3)

a) Corporate sector Affiliates

Laksamana Selatan Sdn Bhd will work closely with its 4 affiliates to fulfil their needs and requirement of our customer.

Camar Unggul Properties Sdn Bhd Yayasan Hj Mohd Salleh Harta Camar Camar Infra

We provide each of our customers with a specialist and a unique database, which provides access to their clients’ acquisition history, which includes photo inventory and certified appraisal. This information will assist in matching future pieces with existing décor and market new additions to the line.

Commercial MarketSikom Technologies Sdn Bhd employs salespersons for its retail sales facilities. These individuals are trained as professionals in the product industry. They are taught the specific niche that Company

product in the market, and learn how to carefully identify the needs of customers, and to recommend appropriate products.

b) Government Sector (Long Term Business Plan)

Sikom Technologies Sdn Bhd will work closely with all government sectors to fulfil their supplies

The marketing team will join the Malaysian Government International Trade Mission to gather international networking of product distributor as well as to promote the brand name.
