SIGNATURE COCKTAILS (CREATED BY SALIM KHOURY) The former Head Barman of the famous American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London, Salim Khoury, visits The Nai Harn every year for one month to work with and train our team in the fine art of mixology. Salim joined the American Bar in 1969 and worked there for more than 30 years before he was appointed the 10th Head Barman in 2003. During his illustrious career he also won the UK "Barman of the Year" award in 1992 with his cocktail tribute to Princess Diana, the “Blushing Monarch”. With his help, the American Bar was also voted The World’s Best Bar in 2017. The former Head Barman of the famous American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London, Salim Khoury, visits The Nai Harn every year for one month to work with and train our team in the �ne art of mixology.
