ÉCO-MOBILIER SIGN UP AND MAKE YOUR DECLARATION

CONNECTION

Visit eco-mobilier.fr, click on ARTISANS - MANUFACTURERS - DISTRIBUTORS and connect to the "eco-fee" function on the Extranet; alternatively, connect directly to https://extranet-mm.eco-mobilier.fr to set up your account.

Click on "Sign up".

SIGNING UP

You will be redirected to the account set-up wizard.This function will allow you to sign up to Éco-Mobilier and make your first declaration.

Click on "Create your account".

GENERAL INFORMATION

Enter your details to create your personal user account.

Click on "Next step".

Good to know: You will need your SIRET number,VAT code and NAF code (for French companies).

CONTACTS

Enter the details of your employees who will be responsible for declarations.Enter the required information for your designated Contacts/Users then select the corresponding user profile:

Assistant/Invoice contact/Correspondent/Data entry/Signatory/Declaration manager. You must create at least one "Signatory" contact in order to complete the sign-up process.

Click "Save".

Good to know: once you have submitted these details, you and your contacts will receive a confirmation email inviting you to set your password and access your user account.You can select several profiles for each Contact.

LIST OF CONTACTS

Find details of all your registered contacts.

Click "Complete sign-up".

Congratulations, you have completed the sign-up process.All you need to do now is sign the contract.

USER ACCOUNT

The contacts you have entered will now receive an email inviting them to set their passwords and access their user accounts. Simply click on the "Set password" link in this email to set your password and access your user account.

Enter and confirm your password;

Click "Confirm".

Click "Set password".

The signatory must connect to their account in order to sign the final contract.

Click on "Log in".

"Click here" to sign the contract.

SIGNING THE CONTRACT

Select the relevant signatory and move on to the next step.

Now sign the contract.

Select your signatory.

Click "Sign".

Click "Save".

Congratulations, you have signed a contractand you are now an Éco-mobilier member.You can now make a declaration.

The contents of the contract will appear in a new window.Enter your user name and password, then sign.

Click "Sign".

A) MY DECLARATION: HOW IT WORKS

Once your contract has been signed, you can start your declaration.Start by selecting your payment method and declaration options.

Your dashboard will display details of all declarations which you need to submit.You can make a declaration by importing an Excel file (recommended) or else by entering the data manually.

B) MY DECLARATION: MAKING A DECLARATION

Good to know: If the due date for this declaration has already passed, the declaration period will be closed. To launch a retroactive declaration opera-tion, click "I did not make my declaration on time".

Click"Enter your declaration".

1. Make a declaration via file import

To import your declaration from Excel, use the CSV file model which you can find HERE,and the user guide found HERE.

If you do not know the Éco-mobilier code corresponding to a specific item of furniture,use the code generator function HERE.

Click "Import a declaration".

Good to know: If you import several files, the lines will be automatically collated in your declaration; importing a new file does not erase the previous import, the operations are cumulative.

The Excel model contains 5 columns. The fifth is reserved for the unitary eco-fees applied to furniture sets.You can also choose to import a 4-column file.

2. Make a declaration by entering the data directly

Fill in the required fields.

Click "Add".

I don't know my Eco-mobilier code:click "Open generator",the window shown below will appear.

Fill in the required fields.

Click "Add".

I want to declare a furniture set: click "Enter a furniture set".

Fill in the required fields.

Click "Save".

C) MY DECLARATION: SUBMIT AND CONFIRM YOUR DECLARATION

Once you have completedyour declaration, click "Confirm".

Click "Confirm".

D) MY DECLARATION: FINALISE YOUR DECLARATION

Once your declaration has been confirmed it will appear in the table of declarations and will be used to generate an invoice.

You can find details of all your declarations

in your history tab.

Good to know:If you need to modify a declara-tion, click "I made a mistake in my declaration".
