In addition to producing plastic articles, atka has its own special machine construction department. We come up

with and build special custom machines for industry. This is where we’ve got high-powered capacities all over

the world.

Cappers and capper shrinkers are used for sealing such things as beer barrels with SIGL shrinking caps made of

With the Capper A2000, SIGL shrink-caps or snap-on caps can be positioned quickly and reliably on almost all

fi tting systems commonly used in the industry, ensuring that the keg is securely protected against tampering (for

shrinkcaps in combination with an automatic shrink-capper type S600 or S1200).

The caps are transported from the storage bin to the sorting drum. An integral sensor system transports the caps

in the correct position into the feed chute under quantity control. As the keg travels through, the caps (shrink-

caps or snap-on caps) are automatically picked from the chute.

The mobile feed chute automatically compensates for any height differences in the kegs.The capper is designed

for mixed Operation and sets itself for different caps and keg sizes.

Capacity: 2.000 kegs/hour

Optional: can also be used for the capping of slim kegs.

Our AS300 is designed for small to medium-sized breweries and enables a reliable and automatic closing of your kegs.

The compact machine can be integrated into the smallest production line and is suitable for both SIGL shrink and snap caps. The feeding, placing and shrinking of the SIGL caps is done fully automati-cally in the shortest possible time. This allows a maximum capacity of 300 kegs/h.

The AS300 can handle all common types of caps, �ttings and kegs and protects your products reliable against tampering.

The compact Shrink-capper and -�tter AS1000 combines the functions of placement and shrink-�tting of SIGL-shrink caps in a single machine and in the smallest possible space. At �rst the caps will be feed from the storage bin to the sorting drum. Then a vibrator transports the caps in the correct position into the chute under electronic quantity control. As the kegs passes through the chute, the caps are automatically picked and placed onto the �tting.

Afterwards the keg goes to the shrink-�tting station, where the SIGL shrink-caps will be shrinked automatically by the shrinking head. The time- and temperature controle, ensures the correct closing of the kegs. The Shrink-capper and -�tter AS1000 is designed for mixed operation and sets itself to the respective keg size.

shrink-caps in a single machine and in the smallest space possible. The caps are fi rst transported from the storage

bin to the sorting drum. A vibrator then transports the caps in the correct Position into the feed chute under elec-

tronic quantity control. As the keg travels through, the caps are automatically picked and placed onto the fi tting.

The keg is then transported to the shrink-fi tting station where it is centred. The shrinkhead with automatic height

detection shrinks the SIGL shrink-cap around the fi tting under time- and temperature control, ensuring the qua-

lity closure of the keg. The Shrink-capper and -fi tter AS500 is designed for mixed operation and sets itself to the

relevant keg size.

The manual Shrink-capper HSG3 is the ideal piece of equipment for smaller and medium-sized breweries which

do not operate continual fi lling of beer into kegs. In combination with SIGL shrinkfi tting caps for all fi tting sys-

tems common in the industry, this provides optimum product reliability even for smaller production quantities,

and offers a cost-effective alternative to the conventional snap-cap. Thanks to the adjustable centring aid, the

machine can be used for all known keg sizes, including slim kegs.

You can use the AK400 capper to place both snap caps for triangular fi ttings or key kegs (also as snap caps for

fl at fi tting on barrels of varying diameters.

Caps are usually moved from the storage bunker into the classifying drum. Then, air pressure is used to move the

caps into the feed rail in the correct position using lectronic quantity monitoring.

The barrel is centred with a parallel gripper for placing the cap. Finally, the cap is automatically passed onto the

placing head, positioned on the fi tting and placed.
