• Client provides their own infrastructure facilities, either leased or owned• The premise is completly furnished and managed by Siesta on the basis of service level agreements with clients• Fixed fee arrangement between the client and Siesta
MANAGEMENTCONTRACTS
• Rooms inventory analysis is done based on the clients usage patterns and business spends.• Average Steady state of room inventory requirement is derived from the above need analysis in terms of specific locations.• The client provides the estimated cost and the desired set of amenities.• The cost plus financial model is applied to arrive at a fixed cost per month.• Corporate residence are dedicated for the particular client and a lock in commensurate to the amortization period is signed up for with the client and back to back with the property lessor.• Cycle times for the project completion is 10 -12 days.
SIESTA CORPORATERESIDENCES
• In the proximity to business houses, furnished corporate residences / serviced apartments are being set up with the standardized amenities.• 70% inventory of these facilities will be dedicated and the remaining 30% will operate on rack rate / pay by use basis.• These facilities are for those clients who do not have assured consistent volumes to adopt the Siesta corporate residence model.
