The Association is pleased to welcome the following new member: Jay Cusack - Casselberry
Richard J. Mould is Executive Vice President of The Operating Plant Service Organization of Siemens Energy, Inc. He is responsible for Service Implementation and Marketing for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators. Mr. Mould is also responsible for Plant Modernizations, Renewal parts, Long Term Programs, and Operation and Maintenance Contracts. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Mould was Executive Vice President, Siemens Power Generation New Unit Projects for all Siemens Global projects. Mr. Mould joined the company in 1979 in our Service Division office located in Richmond, Virginia. Since then, his career has encompassed a diverse array of positions including: Service management of district offices and nuclear steam turbine programs, Project management of operating equipment modernization, and New Unit EPC & Equipment Supply Contracts. He has worked domestic and internationally with utilities, A/E firms, independent power producers, and developers. Mr. Mould is a graduate of Virginia Tech, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives in Winter Springs, Florida with his wife Kim.

What does a Board member do? -‐ Meets monthly for about an 1-‐1/2 over lunch ( a tough job!) -‐ Assists on events and ac)vi)es. -‐ Advises and votes on Board ac)ons -‐ Takes lead in specific areas such as speaker arrangements, finances, website maintenance, mee)ngs, etc. -‐ Assists membership as needed and serves as a point of contact. -‐ All-‐in-‐all, spends a couple hours a month doing good things for his/her fellow re\rees.
