    New users can be added to the system in several ways

    Call Center administrators can create new users

    Call Center administrators can create delegated administrators,

    who can then create corporate users in eSales in a business-to-

    business (B2B) model

    Individuals can self-register in a business-to-consumer (B2C)

    To set responsibilities:

    In the user record, click the Select button

    Select one or more responsibilities

    One responsibility is designated as primary

    Select predefined user type from the drop-down list

    4. Set Purchase Order Capability (B2B)

    To enable the user to make purchases using a purchase order,

    set the PO Approved flag

    The account must also be enabled for purchase orders
