Allergy Aware School:

Roosevelt School is an Allergy Aware School. Please help us keep our students safe. Please do not send products containing peanuts (or tree nuts) or cheese flavoured snacks (chips, crackers, etc.) to school. Our school is also a scent free environment, please avoid scented hygiene products. Thank you for your continued support with this matter.

Indoor Shoes:

Students are required to wear indoor shoes. Please remember to send a pair of shoes with your child(ren). If you need assistance with these please contact us as we have a few pairs left from previous years.

Friendly Reminder: Messages for Students: We are asking that students and parents make arrangements for afterschool meeting places

and childcare in the morning before school. This will help cut down the amount of phone calls from parents. Please, only call if the message is urgent! As well, please leave a message on the answering machine if someone does not pick up. Thanks for understanding.

September Lunch Time 11:45:

For the month of September ONLY lunch for all students except kindergarten will begin at 11:45. The early start will benefit both students and teachers by allowing students to have the opportunity to develop positive habits by having a teacher present during the first 15 minutes of lunch. In October lunch will begin at the regular time of 12:00.
