Gold Coast Hinterland specialising in styling events

large and small.

We can deliver the items for you to set up however

you desire, or, we can take care of this for you 

and undertake all of the pre-event sourcing, styling

and set up.

Vendor recommendations

When booking The Perfection Project for your event, you can be assured that perfection is what you will get. Our dedicated team will be with you in the planning and design process if needed.

Please note that delivery fees are an additional cost: from $150. Late night pick-up is an additional $100.

Our hourly rate is $50 per hr per staff person.

Styling & Coordination Fees Ceremony Styling Fee - $250 (3 hours)

Reception/Event Styling Fee – from $400

Fresh Foliage Design:

Loose layered foliage for table centres $20 per metre

Constructed thick garlands for tables or for hanging $50-$75 per metre

Foliage filled suspended frames (please note these are not ladders but purpose built timber frames & these prices have installation included).
