6th Annual Symposium was orgranised by Community Ophthalmology Society of India (COSI) at Venu Eye Institute & Research Centre, New Delhi from 30th November-1st December 2012. The theme of the conference was “Implementing Primary Eye Care - Approached and Challenges". Mr. Vijay Singh of Centre for community ophthalmology represented Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya and did presentation on ‘Primay Eye Care through Vision Center’. On the occasion Dr. B.K.Jain, Director and Trustee, Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust was elected as Vice-president and Member- Award selection committee of COSI.

During two days visit the team observed improvement in systems and progress of the hospital 23rd December 2013 Vision 2020: Right to Sight India organized Central Zone meeting at Seva Sadan Eye Hospital, Bhopal. The agenda for the meeting was annual conference of Vision 2020 to be held at Bhopal during April 2013. The meeting was attended by Dr.B.K Jain, Board member & Central Zone representative, Vision 2020 India and Mr. D. Subramanyam, Center for Community Ophthalmology. 21st & 22nd December 2013 Visit to Sadguru Sankalp Netra Chikitsalaya as a part of IAPB Capacity Building Project follow-up. Tulsi Vivah – The Ritual: 24th Nov
The symbolic wedding ritual of Tulsi Vivah is performed in the evening. Devotees fast till the dusk and take udevotional activities as soon as the sun is down. Tulsi plant is decorated with flowers and all other paraphernalia of a bride. Amongst vedic mantras the sacred marriage is performed at auspicious time. Delicacies cooked are offered toTulsi devi and prasad is distributed among the devotees. Shri Raghuveer Mandir Trust celebrated the Tulsi Vivah with Bhagwan Shaligram. Devotees of Gurudev from all over India & abroad and Sadguru Parivar joined celebration of Tulsi Vivah.
