Data thuscollected shall be sent at regularintervals to Ministry & Forests and itsRegional Office, Lucknow, CentralGround Water Board.

XVIIThe project proponent shall also submitsix monthly reports on the status of thecompliance of the stipulatedenvironmental condition including resultsof monitored data (both in hard copiesas well as by e-mail) to the respectiveRegional Office of MOEF, the respectiveZonal Office of CPCB and the SPCB. TheRegional Office of this Ministry atLucknow / CPCB /RSPCB shall monitorthe stipulated conditions.

Six monthly compliance reportsshall be submitted to RegionalOffice of MOEF, the respectiveZonal Office of CPCB and theSPCB.

XVIII The environmental statement for eachfinancial year ending 31 March in forms-V as is mandated to be submitted bythe project proponent to the concernedState Pollution Control Board asprescribed under the Environmental (Protection) Rules, 1986, as amendedsubsequently, shall also be put on thewebsite of the company along with thestatus of compliance of environmentalconditions and shall also be sent to therespectively Regional Officers of theMOEF by e-mail
