The ShowCase Intelligent Document Management System

(iDMS) stores and retrieves all electronic media associated

with a case including documents, email, images, video,

audio, and more, in a centralized location.

The ShowCase iDMS integrates with equivant Case

Management Solutions to securely share content with all

users for more efficient court operations. With multi-level

security, users can have the appropriate access to documents

configured by the System Administrator.

The ShowCase iDMS automates court operations by using

email to send documents, processing electronic records

requests, redacting information from public view, and more.

These court functions can now be expedited making the

public’s access to justice even faster and more efficient. Other

justice agencies can also benefit by receiving information

electronically instead of waiting for paper making the

process quicker and more efficient.

Electronic content in the ShowCase iDMS can easily be

associated with cases by scanning or linked based on

business rules through electronic interfaces.

Document security ensures that while an unlimited number

of users can view the file at the same time, updates to a

document are limited to one user while the update is in

progress (record lock).
