Des Moines Internship Village Short-Term Apartment Rentals

Are you a college student headed to Des Moines for an internship? The University of Iowa offers short-term housing to college students who

are interning with Des Moines area businesses and organizations. The

Internship Village apartments are located on the Iowa Center for Higher

Education campus, only a short distance from downtown Des Moines.

Flexible weekly leases are available from fall and spring. Summer leasing

is offered in a block from May 1 through August 24 for one flat fee.

Students renting in the summer can move in any time beginning May 1

and must move out by August 24, 2018.

The Internship Village features one and two bedroom furnished units

with full bathrooms and kitchens. Residents have access to the campus

Activity Center that includes an indoor basketball/volleyball court,

jogging track and fitness facility. The complex is located on a Metro

transit bus line, major streets and near the freeway. Best of all, at the

Internship Village you will make friends quickly with students from all

over the country who are interning in Des Moines.

for the period May 1 through August 24, 2018. Two-

bedroom apartments lease for $1400 per person/

double occupancy and one-bedroom apartments lease

for $2100 single occupancy. Students renting in the

summer can move in any time beginning May 1 and

must move out by August 24, 2018.

Fall and SpringOne-bedroom single occupancy apartments at the

Internship Village lease on a weekly basis in the fall

and spring at a rate of $180 per week. Two-bedroom

units are not available in the fall and spring.
