BID INFORMATION

1. Earnest Money : Rs. 9250.002. Last date of Receiving : 09.08.2019 up to 3.00 p.m. 3. Date of Opening : 12 Noon. on 13-08-2019. if possible(in presence of intending quotationers or their authorized representatives)

Terms & Conditions and Schedule of Supply may be obtained free of cost from the Corporate Office, Bidyut Bhavan, Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited, Agartala during working hours on all week days between 10 a.m. & 5 p.m. up to 08.08.2019.

The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations including the lowest one without assigning any reason thereof.

Terms & Conditions

1. Quotation Requirement.1.1 Bid(s) in plain papers and in sealed envelope should be submitted accompanied by a

Demand Draft of Rs.9250/= (Rupees Nine thousand two hundred fifty ) only for ‘Supply of Office stationary And Xerox paper for Corporate Office, TSECL, Agartala’ on account of earnest money, drawn in favour of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited, payable at SBI, TLA House Branch, Agartala, West Tripura. The envelope containing the NIQ shall be superscribed with “NIQ for Supply of Office Stationaries and Xerox paper for CorporateOffice, TSECL, Agartala.

1.2 The amount of earnest money of the unsuccessful tenderer will be refunded after finalization of the NIQ; but in case of successful tenderer, the earnest money will be refunded after successful completion of Supply of the mentioned office stationaries and Xerox Paper during the stipulated time period.

2. Submission of Bid.The Bid shall be submitted in Sealed Envelopes properly Super scribing NIQ No., Name of Work and Bid Opening Date containing following documents:

(i) Attested copy of Trade License / Experience / Performance Certificate / Copy of Supply Order etc. issued from Govt. Deptt. / Govt. Undertakings.

(ii) Attested Copies of PAN CARD, PTCC & GST Registration Certificate of current validity.

(iii) Price should be quoted both in words and figures inclusive of all Taxes in the prescribed‘Schedule of Supply’.

3. Other Terms & Conditions including Payment Norms.3.1 There shall be no increase in the rate / charge during the contract period.

3.2 The entire amount will be paid to the agency after successful completion of the Supply of required quantity in stipulated time period.

3.3 Bid(s) not accompanied with the requisite Earnest money Deposit shall not be entertained and will be summarily rejected.

3.4 Bid(s) containing all documents shall be signed by the Bidder on all pages. All corrections to rates and items in the ‘Schedule of Supply’ shall be signed in full by the Bidder.

3.5 Priced Offer should be valid for at least 2(Two) months.3.6. The successful quotationer will have to supply the required quantity of office

Stationeries And Xerox Paper within 7 (Seven) days from the date of issue of supply order. In case of failure of supply of ordered quantity within the stipulated time period will attract forfeiture of Earnest Money.
