• There is no assistance
• I don't know how to make it look nice
• it doesn't tell you what is the best size to upload pics… I have to do trial and error
• my paypal doesn't work and it's not like shopify helps with that
• I get a bill every month even though they know I have zero activity and am not using the site

Customer Interview Debriefs
• very easy to set up
• I haven't had any complaints from users
• biggest complaint is that I have to go through and look at each order and send them to the individual clubs -but that’s because I went with the cheapest option. There is another option that gives you reports that might make it easier
• It also asked me for my SIN which was really frustrating, but that’s a confirmation thing... so I just have to trust them

Recommendation
Move the Pages out from “Theme Settings” and into the “Pages” section. It gives more continuity, thus, less confusion. Treat this like an experiment.This recommendation is also based on
Sudduf’s feedback. She agreed it
would have saved her some time and
frustration.

Recommendations
Apart from common SEO and SEM methods, store owners could be given the following:
– “Improved content management functions -we struggle to make great non-shop pages that are easy for the client to manage.” [Quora post]
– Have drop-in sessions for storefront managers with Shopify experts to help tweak for specific metrics
– Conduct “growth hacking” or Customer Acquisition webinars for storeowners
