This efficient numbering method allows you to direct print numbers on most fabrics without investing in expensive numbering equipment. These inexpensive stencils adhere to the screen on the printing stroke and are thrown away after printing the number. The next stencil is then adhered to the screen in the same fashion with no adjustment or clean up of the screen between numbers. Order in sets or by individual number and size. Custom Match PMS Plastisol InkCustom ink colors are mixed using the Wilflex EPIC PC color matching system. Simply select a color from the Pantone Color Formula Guide or send a color sample to Wild Side North. Allow 48 hours lead time.

The Fine Print: PMS colors are designed for the offset printing industry and for inks to be printedon paper. The system is applied to plastisol inks and comes very close to matching PMS colors.However, since plastisol ink is basically different from offset ink, an exact PMS color match cannotbe guaranteed in any plastisol ink matching system.

Epic Rio is an accurate, opaque, and vibrant color matching system that contains 18 finished ink mixing components for an extended color range. Provides accurate color match to Pantone Colors. Increased opacity helps printers get to color quicker on press with fewer print strokes even when using fine mesh screen sizes. For use on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, triblends, polyester blends, cotton/poly blends. Use with a low-bleed ink on polyester to minimize dye migration.Rio has a matte finish, has a soft hand, and is great for wet-on-wet printing.
