BriefCreate a high profile tasting experience using sampling, and theatre to drive footfall and create interest in the exclusive travel Retail range. SolutionWe wanted to re-create the atmosphere of the distillery on a small scale with a limited budget, so we took inspiration from the traditional tools and equipment used in the whisky making process. The Balvenie distillery houses the last working malt floor in the highlands, so we fo-cused on this unique story, creating a ‘chariot’ stock holding unit that looked like a quirky piece of equipment. This immediately linked the customer with the hand-crafted process, and gave the sales person a tool to talk about the brand in an animated way. The theatrical chariot unit was paired with a folding ladder display and a mini bar to create the full tasting experience. ResultEach piece of furniture has a hidden detail, designed to reflect the hid-den depths and level of detail found at the distillery. The chariot base is full of grain, and the ladder unit has the words ‘nowhere else will you find a distillery that still grows it’s own barley, engraved down one leg. These small elements perfectly reflect the character of the Balvenie brand and delighted the team at WG when we sent the site back to the distillery in Dufftown

BriefWe were tasked with creating a dramatic installation to help Theory celebrate one of the most exciting nights of the year in New York City, Fashion’s Night Out.
SolutionThe focus of the Theory event was a series of custom designed T-shirts by fashion designer Deer Dana. We worked with Theory to de-velop a concept that would feel dynamic and artsy, allowing the shirts to shine while still creating a fun scene. Ultimately we designed a web of intertwining cables that supported the T-shirts and created the illu-sion that they had just come of the silk screen press. ResultThe event was a huge success, attracting acclaim from guests and the wider fashion press.

BriefBring the ‘Main Event’ concept to life with a family of promotional in-stallations in World Duty Free locations.
SolutionWe created a series of adaptable installations to reflect the fashion, glamour& vibrancy of today’s modern rock star. Each stand was spe-cifically designed according to the chosen location.Bespoke features included shelving made to look like guitar amplifiers, a drum kit,tread plate flooring & gobo projections to really bring the stand to life. ResultThe installations were a huge success for the brand, with Arlanda Air-port selling out of stock two weeks earlier than planned.

BriefSheridan&Co was asked to reintroduce the Cointreau brand for a pro-motion during Oktober Fest at Munich Airport in 2010.
SolutionWe created a new communication platform, called “Cointreau Cocktail Stylist”.The idea behind the animation was to ask travellers (woman especial-ly) a series of questions to basically do their cocktail profiling, under-standing woman pick their clothes, make up etc based on special oc-casions, mood etc, the barista would define which cocktail they are by asking a series of questions related to fashion and taste etc.
