The 6th Annual Healthy Churches 2020 Annual Conference, hosted by The Balm In Gilead, Inc., is the premier event where public health and faith leaders meet to find solutions to today’s complex health issues in inner cities and rural communities throughout our nation. More than 500 public health professional and faith leaders of African American congregations representing over 2.5 million individuals gather to strengthen the capacity of faith-based partnerships to effectively become community centers for understanding and engaging individuals in disease prevention, management and clinical studies.

The Healthy Churches 2020 National Conference partners with organizations and businesses that offer unique products and services that will benefit pastors, leaders and persons within communities to experience optimal health and wellbeing. Contract Terms & Conditions: By signing below, the Company agrees that if selected as a Conference Exhibitor, it and all its employees and agents will work in concert Healthy Churches 2020 (HC2020) and its representatives. Listings on event promotional materials will commence upon receipt of signed contract. HC2020 reserves the right to reject any advertising, or to decline to contract with any exhibitor for any reason. HC2020 also reserves the right to require the word “advertisement” to appear in any ad. Not withstanding the foregoing, exhibitors are solely responsible for the content of, and any claims or assertions made in advertisements or services offered. Exhibit fees are nonrefundable and cancellation of this contract may result in early termination fees. Thissponsorship contract is not binding upon HC2020 until and unless signed below by a representative of HC2020. If accepted, HC2020 will fax, email or mail a signed copy of this contract to the exhibitor. Exhibitor assumes all risks and shall solely be liable for any damages resulting from participation in the Healthy Churches 2020 National Conference.
