Roles and Responsibilities

Global IT Portfolio Managemento Responsible for supporting the IT portfolio governance process, IT Portfolio tracking &

reporting, analysis of IT portfolio investments, and reporting to enable effective decision making and delivering business value for TCL.

o Ensures that the portfolio dashboard is up to date with key metric information (start/end dates, current budget, resources, PM assigned, high level status, and project type) and lead the monthly review process to focus on significant changes in timing, scope, resources, and cost, including analyzing portfolio trends, issues, dependencies, and metrics.

o Works with Leaders and Project Manager(s) in monitoring of portfolio progress and health by keeping an updated view of all the projects that are planned, in progress in a management dashboard. 

Project Management o Socialize/discuss and align the assessment activities required to be conductedo Liaise with various stakeholders across the organizational hierarchy for delivery of assigned
