One of my favorite clients in my

work for “Igloo Design Strategy”

is “Rosseto”- a leading

manufacturer of quality serving

solutions for the retail, hospitality

and food service industries.

About 6 years ago I started to

develop items for Rosseto’s new

product line. I looked for shapes,

materials and technologies that

would be chic and durable,

functional and unique, suitable

for mass production.

Since then we continue to

collaborate and develop a new

innovative collection every year.

I have been designing a large

spectrum of products for

“Rosseto”, such as beverage

dispensers, food warmers and

coolers, a wide range of buffet

risers, equipment for bakeries

and more.

SKYCAP RISER

The Multi-level 12″ Riser is part

of the versatile Rosseto®

Skycap® buffetware line. Made

from the finest grade stainless

steel, with brushed finish and

special protective coating to

withstand tough commercial

environments.

A modern stainless steel Multi-

Chef™ warmer with broad appeal

and many uses. The reversible 2-

height burner stand can

accommodate full-size chafer

water and food pans in the low

position, or use the grill top with

the burner stand in high position.

Stackable, heavy duty 14-gauge

frame.

Optional ice tub insert for cooling.
