We believe Shell lubricants are the very best available, and we back these

with a no compromise Guarantee:

Shell will restore any piece of equipment to full specification performance when damaged

due to the failure of our lubricants.

We will guarantee the performance of our lubricants when used in accordance with Shells recommendations and manufacturers

requirements and specifications.

This warranty applies to all original manufacturers equipment.

The Shell guarantee is in addition to the OEMs own warranty, and does

not alter nor invalidate it.

ISO Certification

ISO 9001 is the most comprehensive of the ISO standards. It requires companies to

design, implement, and maintain quality control

processes throughout their business activities.

Shell Lubricants has been accredited under ISO 9001 for its manufacturing facilities.

Every manufacturing process that affects satisfaction of Lubricants customers and

their needs is regularly audited.

Continuous monitoring and improvement are assured through a series of detailed

processes, the ISO requirements, and by third party audits.

ISO Certification

Shell has been awarded ISO 14001 registration for lubricant manufacturing

facilities, refineries, gas plants, oil sands, and other business operations.

ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized standard for environmental

management systems.

An independent registering body conducts an audit to ensure that the environmental

management policies and systems meet the required ISO 14001 standard. Follow-up

audits confirm that the standards continue to be met and environmental performance

continues to improve.
