B.E TERM PROJECTS
Seepage Control Measures: Case study of Wolf Creek Dam
In this paper I discussed the seepage occurring through the wolf creek dam foundation and discussed the
efficiency of concrete cutoff wall upstream and downstream.
Structural & Architectural Design of multi-storey House
Modification in architectural design, Structural Load Calculation & their distribution, Reinforcement
Area, Spacing & cutoff Details, Structural design & drawings of beams, columns, slabs, footing, bar
bending schedule.
Final Year Project
Analysis of severely Deflected Waffle Slab on SAFE and it’s retrofitting
Being leader of my syndicate I analyzed a waffle slab spanning 85ft x 55ft which had lost its
serviceability because of excessive deflection. Roof deflection was determined manually, physically and
with the help of SAFE. After the analysis I proposed a new safe design of the same slab that was verified

on the software again.
MASTERS Thesis
Behavior of RC Wide BEAMS and Validation of Bernoulli Beam Theory.
In my Research I am validating “Bernoulli Beam Theory” for reinforced concrete wide beams. Such
beams, because of their dimensions behave differently as compared with normal dimensioned beams.
Eight RC wide beams were tested under four point bending method. Beams are 30 and 40 inches wide
with a constant depth of 10 inches and span of 12ft. There are 4 sets of beams each containing two similar
samples. Each set has different longitudinal reinforcement ratio. Casting and testing of beams has been
completed. Analysis of the results is in progress.
Designing Projects during Bachelor’s Degree
1. Design of one-way joist floor system
2. Design of one way slab floor system
3. Design of a small house
4. Design of a two way slab by direct design method
5. Design of a flat plate
6. Design of flat slab 7. Design of Cantilever retaining wall
