Step 1: How to LoginFirst time on site?

1. Firstly, log in to your account at https://tickets.swfc.co.uk then click ‘Sign In’ in top right corner.

2. Then enter your supporter number.

3. Click the reset password button. You will see the following message. ‘We have sent you a password reset link via email. If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Service’. A reset link will then be sent to the email address on your account.

No email address on your account?

Please email your Supporter ID and desired email address to [email protected] and we will send a link to create your own password.

Check your email

Not received the email?

Your email will be titled ‘Sheffield Wednesday Football Club - Your request to reset password’. 4. Click ‘Click here’ to configure your new password.

Please check your spam and junk folders.

Change Password

I am seeing ‘Error! Unable to reset password’

You will then be sent to the following web page. Your password must:

• be at least 8 characters long.• contain both letters and numbers.• contain both lower and upper case characters.• contain special characters !@#$%^&*()-+=?<>,.`~:;’”

5. Enter your new password, confirm and click OK. You will then see ‘Your new password has been saved’.

Please request another password. You must ensure you correctly enter the same password in both fields. Suitable password suggestion e.g. Swfc1867* (Capital S and *) or Owls2020! (Capital O and !)

Log in using your updated details

Once your password was successful updated, you will be taken back to the main tickets.swfc.co.uk page. You can now sign in.

6. Click ‘Sign In’ in top right corner.

7. Then enter your supporter number .

8. Followed by your new password.

9. Finally click ‘Sign In’.

Accessing the rebate

Once logged in;

10. Click the ‘Season Tickets’ tab.

11. Followed by the ‘19/20 Season Ticket Rebate’ option.

12. If you wish to proceed with the iFollow Bundle as your rebate, select ‘Add.

You will then be presented with an option of Adult iFollow Bundle.

13. If you do not want the iFollow bundle, there are other options available. Click ‘See Other Areas, and you can click any of the following options.

• Donation to our Community Programme & iFollow Subscription.• Donation to our Youth Academy Programme & iFollow Subscription.• Donation to the Club & iFollow Subscription.

14. Please select a quantity of 1 (If you are selecting options for Friends and Family, please selected the desired quantity).

15. Then Select ‘Add to Basket’.

Review Your Order

The following screen will give you a summary of your order.

16. If you are purchasing on behalf of friends and family, please select ‘Assign Owners’ & assign a ticket to each member.

17. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

Complete Your Order

18. Accept the terms and conditions.

19. Click ‘Submit’ to complete your order.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your rebate choice.
