Flat Rolled Abrasive Belt Grinding & Polishing

SMP has the largest capacity and widest capabilities of abrasive belt grinding, polishing and surface conditioning under one roof. We specialize in assisting our customers

with their most demanding surface critical applications. Our multiple finishing machines include vacuum chuck and pinch roll machines, gantry grinders and a fully automated 60” wide 4 head polishing line. In addition to standard finishes, we excel in matching or creating

custom finishes; just provide us a sample of your finish.

We only process special metals such as stainless, titanium, aluminum, molybdenum high nickel alloys and other exotic metals.

We never process carbon steel, so there’s never a worry about cross contamination.
