farm.

My father started a family business

• He built a sheep farm ,not far from Khust, there are 700 sheep .He makes cheese and sells it. Many people come to the farm to buy and eat cheese.

• There 4 types of cheese: brunza (it is Transcapathian type of cottage cheese) ,vurda or (ricotta), sheep cheese and cow cheese.

The most popular cheese is sheep cheese “Grono”

Many people from Kyiv

and other cities come to the farm. Once some people from Italy came to the farm and liked our cheese.

My father gave the name to our farm “Baranovo” because of

sheep growing hereIn Ukrainian “sheep” is “baran”.
