Industry of construction is one of sector that has a high risk in working. A lot of damage could be happen in death, money, and production delay. So, we need implementation of Safety and Health Environment (SHE) system to prevent this kind of problem.

ORGANIZATION CHART
SCOPE OF SHE PLANNING
Include provisions for administrative and managerial control as well as deal with safety and environmental health projects working at the Central Park area of Jakarta, assigned to all employees and workers who work the Central Park project, or guests as well as representatives / workers and other companies working in the Central Park project.
SAFETY PROGRAM
1. TRAINING
Head of safety must meet the competency of personnel safety and emergency response team planned and implemented in coordination with the HRD (training center level). The training is tailored to the specific needs of the project.

2. SAFETY INDUCTION
Done to give directions to workers and every guest who comes. Can be made in writing on a board shown on each worker, workers should be given induction has signed a statement following the induction.
3. SAFETY TALK
Briefing in groups according to the work area or job discipline. Conducted in the morning before work began (for about 10-15 minutes).
Briefing materials:
- Potential dangers of the job that day & precautions
- Order
- Information events that often occur in the field
- Material handling to prevent accidents on the condition that must be observed.
4. Safety inspection
Aims to maintain consistency in the application of SHE and covers the entire project area. Safety managers must make inspection reports and discrepancy SHE reports, at least 60 minutes after the inspection is completed.
5. Safety Patrol
Conducted by safety supervisors, covering all areas of work and the areas where there is work that has identified a potential accident.

To achieve Safety in work, PT. Total Bangun Persada have their own policies such as in safety regulation, safety planning, safety program, safety control, etc.
These kinds of policies should be done by all people in construction site, worker, and visitor.
