Beliefs

• Shaun believed that if you truly desire to change your image, and you devote your time to improving, you will notice a change.

• He also believed that working out can be entertaining and doesn’t have to be a chore

−He expressed this mindset by developing his “Hip Hop Abs” fitness program in February 2007

−He later went on to develop a program based on max interval training called “INSANITY” in July of 2009

Shaun T’s Life Principle

• “LIVE each moment in the moment and find your true self in your potential to be YOU. By living life to the best of your ability, you honor the world around you and inspire everyone to be conscious and alive of what is possible through simply being YOU.”

Thoughts & Opinions

• I congratulate Shaun on everything that he has done to impact people’s lives. He restored hope to people who lost motivation to lose wait and made the weight loss process enjoyable. In 2013, he recently designed a new way to get fit by exercising a specific way for 25 minutes, 5 days a week. This method allows people with busy schedules to achieve physical fitness wile being able to have time for other activities. I’m grateful that one man can make such a positive impact on so many lives and enable so many people to achieve their goals.
