SharpFind’s full-text retrieval system

automatically adds every word of

each document to a general index,

which means that every document is

fully searchable. What’s more, an

advanced ‘fuzzy logic’ search feature

• Advanced ‘fuzzy logic’ search facility for finding words on any

documents – including electronic, scanned, emails and attachments - even if

they are incorrectly spelt or the quality of the document is poor. Search results

are clearly highlighted in yellow on an identical copy of the original.

Scanning and OCR features

• Professional OCR capability supporting both colour and greyscales

with export to XML/TIFF files, with selectable multi-language options.

Document capture features

• Files can be dragged and dropped on to a simple desktop icon or

imported/uploaded through HTTP to a data directory for indexing.
