Lane ESD is the backbone for Connected Lane County, a regional achievement collaborative that creates pathways to success for students from pre-kindergarten through high school graduation and beyond. Connected Lane County programs include Lane STEM, the regional STEM hub for Lane County; Elevate Lane County, a career-connected learning initiative; digital badge pathways, professional development for counselors, and a computer science regional advisory board.

Local Service Plan

Services to Lane County school districts are outlined in Lane ESD’s Local Service Plan. The plan is developed in collaboration with school districts and approved annually by every Lane County School Board. A portion of the ESD’s SSFs are allocated directly to the four primary service areas. An individual school district can also customize ESD services using its ESD “Flex Funds” allocation (also derived from the ESD’s SSF revenue).
