• Bus station is based on ‘Shanghai Urban Master Plan’ and ‘Shanghai Highway Main Hub General Planning’ and the construction of national-level station.
• Capital Investment: For the construction, A total amount ¥200 million was invested, of which ¥75 million was paid by from the govt. and ¥125 million was taken in the form of loan.
– After 5 years of operation, the company has paid back ¥95 million

• Shanghai Nanzhan Long-distance Passenger Transportation Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Intermodal Transport Co. Ltd established Shanghai Nanzhan Logistics Co. Ltd. – It registered capital of 1.5 million, of which the company
owned 75%, is mainly responsible for the consignment of luggage and parcel services.
