About our products:

-Gold dredge.

The gold dredge is mainly used for panning gold powder from river sand and gravel.

It mainly works in the small river, stream or lake. There are 3 types: chain bucket gold

dredge, cutter suction gold dredge, jet suction gold dredge.

Many years of research and development, along with decades of invaluable dredging

experience, have gone into the dredges we build today. At Sinolinking we understand the

importance of performance, as well as reliability, serviceability, weight, appearance, and cost.

The dredging depth ranges from 5m-20m and processing capacity ranges from 50cbm/h to

200cbm/h. Each gold dredge is designed according to clients gold mining conditons.

-Gold Wash Plant.

Unlike gold dredge, gold wash plant is used on the ground for recovering gold sand. Normally

its equipped with the following parts:

1-Hopper with Grizzly

2-Rotary drum scrubber

3-Gold Trommel

4-Vibrating Screen

5-Magnetic Separator

6-Belt Chute

7-Knelson type Gold Centrifugal Concentrator

8-Fluctuating gold sluice

9-Sluice box

10-Shaking table

There are a few different cases:

1-If there are high clay and mud, then rotary drum scrubber will be used.

2-If there are many big size stones and pebbles, then vibrating screen will be used.

3-If there is iron powder mixed in the ore, then magnetic separator will be used.

4-Fluctuating sluice and sluice box is used to recover coarse gold.

5-Gold concentator is used to recovery fine gold sand.

2- Gold Centrifugal Concentrator.

Knelson Gold Concentrator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for gold

separating and other high density minerals. The centrifugal machine has many competitive

advantages compared with other concentration machines which create high returns for the

investors.

We have Fully-Automatic Knelson type centrifugal gold concentrator and Semi-Automatic

gold centrifugal concentrator.

Features:

1) High recovery rate: Through our test, the recovery rate for placer gold can be 98% or more, for rock gold,

the recovery rate could reach 97% when the feeding size is below 7mm.

2) Easy to install: Only a small leveled place required. It's a full line machine, before starting it, we only need

to connect the water pump and power.

3) Easy to adjust: There are only 2 factors that will affect the recovery result, they are water pressure and

feeding size. By giving proper water pressure and feeding size, clients could get the best recovery effect.

4) No pollution: This machine only consumes water and electric power, and discharge tailings and water.

Low noise, no chemical agent involved.

5) Easy to operate: After finishing the water pressure and feeding size adjustment, clients only need to

recover the concentrates every 2-4 hours. (Depending on the grade of the mine)

3- Gold Sluice box.

With our SLK series shaking sluice box, gold recovery is accomplished via gravity separation,

which works extremely well because gold has a specific gravity of approximately 19 while

sand and gravel have a specific gravity of approximately 5 to 7.

Sluice boxes allow for surging where other concentration methods do not. There are

hundreds of years of proven results with sluices, especially with new technologies

incorporated into our design.

The following case is our gold mining projects in Ukraine, we equipped it with both shaking

sluice and sluice box with Mitshubishi gold carpet according to client's mining conditions to ensure the

highest recovery rate.
