The iconic Shamballa Bracelet inspired by prayer beads was originally designed by Mads Kornerup in 2001. It brought about a spirit that encouraged people to find meaning in the jewelry they wear. Each piece can be customized bead for

Pavé beads are central to all our designs. They are made by the artisanal technique of setting gemstones on an 18K gold bead. 4 microscopic grabs hold the gemstones. Extreme precision is required to offer a smooth finish and brilliance.

About Shamballa Jewels

When Mads Kornerup strung together gold beads with a braided nylon thread for the first time in 2001, he was inspired by Buddhist prayer beads. Little did he know that it would mark the birth of an iconic style - the Shamballa Bracelet. Following the success of the design, Mads and Mikkel Kornerup established Shamballa Jewels in 2005, in Copenhagen, Denmark. The brothers continue to create

jewelry fuelled by tradition and innovation.

All designs can be customized bead for bead, or re-customized to create a new piece. Your jewelry evolves with you and can
