PABLO AMARINGO Pablo Cesar Amaringo (1938–2009) was born in Puerto Libertad, Peru. His latest work The Ayahuasca Visions of Pablo Amaringo includes 47 color plates of never-before- published paintings with detailed narratives highlighting the rich Amazonian mythol- ogy underlying each work. It also includes reflections from many well-known artists and visionaries such as Robert Venosa, Graham Hancock, Jan Kounen, and Dennis McKenna, on Amaringo’s life, his contributions to his community and shamanism, and his role in sharing the visions and power of ayahuasca with the world. ALEX GREY Alex Grey (1953– ) attended Columbus College of Art and Design, the Boston Museum School and studied with conceptual artist Jay Jaroslav. He was an instructor at New York University and now teaches at The Open Center in New York City, Naropa Institute in Boulder, Colorado, the California Institute of Integral Studies and the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York. His work has been exhibited at many galleries includ- ing the Tibet House (NYC), the New Museum of Contemporary Art (NYC), the Grand Palais (Paris), and the Sao Paulo Biennial (Brazil). A retrospective of Grey’s works was exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art, San Diego in 1999. MIESHIEL Mieshiel (1964– ) was born in New York City. He attended Friends Seminary in NYC and received a BFA from Cal-Arts, California Institute of the Arts,1986. His work was exhibited at Artlandish (Los Angeles), Milagro Gallery (Taos), Ralph Green Gallery (Albuquerque), The Harwood Museum (Taos), Ryan Gallery (Denver), Expressions in Fine Art (Santa Fe), Gallery Blue (Santa Fe), Stables Art Center (Taos), Envision Gallery (Taos), J Fine Art (Taos) with solo shows at the Envision Gallery (Taos), Philippe Bareiss (Taos), and Mandala Gallery (Portland Or), among others. Selected collections: The Harwood Museum (Taos), Aamon Carter the 3rd (Ft.Worth), John Paul De Joria (Los Angeles), Lionel Friedberg (Los Angeles), Susan Chase (Taos/ New York), Julia Roberts (Taos/Los Angeles), Philip Bareiss (Taos), Bunny and Jeff Dell (New York), Susan Bronzaft Santoro (New York)

PABLO AMARINGO

Pablo Cesar Amaringo (1938–2009) was born in Puerto Libertad, Peru. His latest work

ALEX GREY
