Purchase order for above said purchase has been dispatched to MlsBlue Star New Delhi vide this office no. SBSC/SO/S900 dt.24.11.2004 (copy placed as annexure B-1 page no.14-15). As allthe documentation formalities have been completed and theequipment is to be received very shortly.

Purchase of Automatic, Microprocessor based PotentiometricTitractor.

The equipment was approved to be purchased 'from MlS InnovalabPvt. Ltd. Gurgaon

The equipment was to be purchased from the funds sanctioned forproject Modernization of Environmental Chemistry with all otherequipments such as Gas Chromatograph, Automic AbsorptionSpectrophotometer COD Titrator with Digestor and other chemicaland Glasswares. After purchase of all other equipments in order topreference it was found that the existing balance of funds underProject.is not enough to complete this purchase so, this equipmenthas not been purchased.(report· received from .concernedcoordinator is placed at page no.16)

The item was approved for purchase from Mls S.P.Engineers Pune.

The equipment has been purchased from the above mentioned firmvide order No. SBSC/SO/5814 DT. 22.11.04 (copy of purchaseorder is placed as annexure B-3, page no.19-21) The equipmenthas been received/installed and in proper utilization in theindenting Deptt. of the college.

Purchase of CHNS Analyser alongwith Micro Balance along withother accessories.

Purchase of this equipment was approved from Mls AshcoIndustries Ltd. Mutnbai (c) associate of Mls Niulab Equipment Co.Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh. .. .

Purchase order NO.SBSC/SO/5856 and 5857 dt.23.11.2004 havebeen placed to the suppliers (copies placed as annexure B-4 onpage no.22-23). The supply of the equipment is yet to be made by.the firm to the college.

Tenderswere invited through advertisement in reputed daily news papers "The Tribune"and "Hindustan Times" on dt. 12.6.04 and 13.6.04 from the manufacturers and theiraccereditedagents/stockiests/dealers for supply of various lab equipments and instrumentundersponsored projects and college funds (copy is placed at page no.27). These tenderswereopened by the college committee, constituted for this purpose on dt. 7.7.2004 at 3pm in the presence of the tenderers/their representatives.
