In conjunction with the KMS Dinner & Celebration of Yom Yerushalayim on Sunday, May 13 there will be a mincha minyan at 5:50 pm and maariv after the banquet, in addition to our usual mincha/maariv minyan at 7:55.

KMS CYCLING GROUP

There is an active cycling group that meets most Sunday mornings at the KMS parking lot at 7:30 am for 1 1/2 - 2 hour road rides. This group is open to anyone and the group welcomes new cyclists. KEMP MILL VILLAGE

As you may know, an exploratory group has been investigating establishing Kemp Mill Village -- a community-based nonprofit that would assist residents in many ways, with an emphasis on supporting older and/or disabled neighbors who wish to remain in their homes. Help us get started: We would appreciate your completing the survey here to help us assess the level of interest in, and current need for, various services that might be provided by Kemp Mill Village. A community-wide meeting is planned for June 3rd (3-5 PM) at the Kemp Mill Elementary School. Representatives from Montgomery County government and Kensington Village will speak and answer questions. KIDDUSH REMINDERS

• KMS welcomes kiddush sponsors for all of our kiddushes. Please click here to request to sponsor a kiddush. Please keep in mind that the office places the kiddush order on Monday of each week. Kiddush requests must be submitted to the office online by Sunday night preceding the kiddush in order to accommodate your selections.

• In order to guarantee that alcohol is not left out unattended in the Social Hall where minors can access it as kiddush winds down, we ask that members of the Spirits Club, the kiddush crew, and all adults help see to it that any leftover alcohol is returned to the kitchen.
