EVENT COORDINATIONVenue Time RestrictionsShould you have a function at any outdoor venue; music played will have to be discontinued at 2200 hrs strictly.
Licenses for Playing MusicKindly note all guests and entertainers need to get approved PPL & IPRS licenses for all events being held in the hotel. A copy of the same needs to be provided to the V. M. SALGAOCAR & BRO. PVT. LTD. UNIT – Goa Marriott Resort a minimum of 03 days prior to the event.· PPL – Phonographic Performance Limited· IPRS - Indian Performing Rights Society· Novex License
• No banners will be allowed to be pinned, stuck or nailed to the walls. Guests should bring their own standees or wooden frames. Hotel can organize the same for any additional charge and should be intimated in advance charge •The use of signage is to be restricted to areas that are provided for the exclusive use of the group, i.e. function areas. All signage should be approved prior to display by the hotel management•The use of video recording equipment and photography is restricted to areas that are provided for the exclusive use of the group.
