It. is respectfully submitted that the applicant had

subrnitted an application 15.02.2OI9 through registered post

to CPIO, DTE seeking information under RTI :regarding

notification pertaining to Pre-2OO6 pensioners. However, the

same'has been declined by CPIO, DTE vide ietter dated

22.02.2019 stating that CRPF is exempt.lgglq providing

information und.er RTI and there is no violation of the human-----'
