Generating “ sgoutput.txt ”

Step 1 : Check Whether StoreGrid is running or not , if Yes , stop StoreGrid through SGTray by right clicking on it.

Step 2 : Open a command prompt and go to <STOREGRID_HOME> folder and start StoreGrid by executing the following command: "bin\StoreGrid.exe > sgoutput.txt“.

Note: In Windows machine, normally StoreGrid will be killed abruptly with 'StoreGrid: Illegal Access Exception'. Hence please wait till StoreGrid exits then send us the "sgoutput.txt" file available in the "<StoreGrid_Installation_Dir>\Vembu\StoreGrid" folder.
