Our users:

People who have problems with an unsecure phone and

worry about not having all the perks that their phone doesn’t

have. This app works constantly to keep the phone safe and

it can be used anywhere with wifi or without. This app

includes all the perks of some of the most famous security

providers all in one app which is at an affordable price with

and doesn’t take up much memory.

The Problem:

People want a single security provider that includes all the

perks of many other security providers.

The question:

How can you have a security provider with all the perks

needed for maximum smartphone security.

Statements:

Lots of people don’t have smartphone security or don’t have a very useful security provider so we provide all of this as well as some other

special features that would be otherwise unavailable on android.

Mini elevator pitch:

My team, the Snipers, are developing a security app

to help people have a very, very strong and useful security

provider.

What we have learnt from our users is that:

They want a security provider which has no secrets and

gives everything up front.

Competitors:

We have only two competitors who are Lookout and AVG

antivirus but they both have weaknesses such as an ugly

interface and homepage which could not appeal to many

users.

Feasibility

We heavily rely on data, content and technicality.

Marketing:

We plan to get the word out of our app through social media

and YouTube in the way that Old Spice did.
