Religious Education Registration for 2019-2020

Current students (oldest child of each family) received a registration packet on the last day of classes on April 27th & 28th. Please complete the packet and submit the forms between May 20th—June 7th in the school from 10AM to 5PM.

Family Registration 1. Before registering, each family will need at least 1 (one) parent

who completed the workshop for Ethics and Integrity in Ministry, as well as, the registration process with the Diocese of Austin. A print out verification will be needed. This also applies to adults for RCIA and adult sacraments.

2. Parent(s) will need to be registered, members in good standing of San Jose parish.

Certificates required (must be included with registration; no ex-ceptions)

3 Baptismal Certificate, if 2nd year for 1st Communion & LDC2 OR Bir th cer tificate, if not baptized

4 Baptismal & 1st Communion Certificates, if 2nd year for Confir-mation

Registration Fees

5 Families in good standing (last 6-months): NO FEE
