Testimonials Leta wrote: I have to share. My husband and I didn't have money growing up and there has always been a "view" on making clothing that was not positive. When I told him I was making a t-shirt he was so unimpressed. When I got home I put it on he was impressed. We went out to eat and because there were still some purple markings on it I went to change instead he helped get them out because he really liked the shirt. It didn't look home made at all and thought I should wear it. Oct 14, 2012 Mary wrote: Hi Anne, Thank you so much for the class on making the bra's this past weekend at the Elms. I am wearing mine and want to go home and make more. I can't believe how much straighter I sit and stand. Loving It!!!! Oct 15, 2012 Joan wrote: About a week and half ago I made my first bra in your class at ASG Conference and it and you changed my bra world. I learned so many things. Your lecture the next day was very informative. I am working on my third bra today and proved to myself that I could make one without assistance. These bras just fit so well and I can stand up so straight. I am delighted with the results. I just want to thank you for being willing to spend the time with women teaching what you have learn over so many years in making bras. Aug 30, 2011

BERNINA STITCH REGULATOR
With the aid of technology, the BSR system reads (similar to a wireless mouse) the surface of the fabric under the presser foot. A sensor transfers information to the sewing machine as the material is moved. The sewing machine calculates the neces-sary sewing speed in order to sew consistent stitches according to the set stitch length.. A slower needle movement and mo-tor speed is required if the material is moved slowly. A faster needle movement and motor speed is needed for faster fabric movement. The BSR, in tandem with the sewing machine, au-tomatically adjusts to the sewer’s speed for even and consistent stitching. In this class we will share tips and tricks to successful free mo-
tion stitching. Experience your BERNINA Stitch Regulator hands on! We will also discuss the use of a variety of different threads and you will learn how to adjust tensions accordingly!
How does the BSR work?
