● DC Housing Regulation and Enforcement Inspectors have visited this complex many times.– David Clark is the Director of the

DC Department of Regulatory Affairs Administration● US Housing and Urban Development agency

(HUD) is aware of the conditions of the property.– Secretary Mel Martinez is the Director of HUD for

the Bush Administration

“More Facts, Boss”

● DC Mayor Anthony Williams office received a package with these same photos and documentation. We have not heard from the Mayor's office.

● A complaint was filed with the DC Human Rights Office. The findings came back from HUD Office of Fair Housing letter “No probable cause”.– The DC Human Rights Office is partially funded by

HUD.

The Congress and Senate knows too!

● These same pictures and testimony were sent by e-mail to the Appropriations Subcommittee on Veterans Affairs, Housing and Urban Development, and Independent Agencies

● A package with these same photos and documentation was sent to Senator Edward “Ted” Kennedy.

● We have yet to hear from either of these agencies.

Final Notes

● We have to fax and e-mail our letters because our mail is being tampered with also.

● Someone is trying very hard to keep this mouse problem from being uncovered.

● All the federal money that is given to this property, how is it that people are living like this?
