Click on Add Account



Scroll Down to Other



Click on Other



Click on Add Mail Account



Fill in Your Details

Your address should be your full email address

The one used here is an example.

Make sure you use yours.



Keep Filling in Details and Press Next



Phone will say looking up account and fail



On This Screen Select POP



Might Go Back to This. LookingUp Account. Be Patient.



Back to Here – Fill in Incoming Mail Server



Fill in Incoming Mail Server

Host Name is mail.yourdomain.com.au

User NameYour full Email Address

PasswordYour Email Password



Fill in Outgoing Mail Server

Host Name is mail.yourdomain.com.au

Note: replace “yourdomain” with your domain.

User NameYour full Email Address

PasswordYour Email Password

PRESS SAVE



Wait After Pressing Save



Click Continue



Click Accept

Click Accept

You may not get this screen



Wait for the Verifying Screen Again



You May Get This Screen Again. Click Continue



Wait for the Verifying Screen Again



This time gets through and we can see account that was setup



Other Settings to Check

• Outgoing Mail Server

• Host Name: mailyourdomain.com.au• Username: Your email address• Password: your password• Use SSL – ON• Authentication: Password• Server Port: 587



Incoming Mail Server - Advanced

ADVANCEDDeleted Messages• Remove: after one weekIncoming Settings• Use SSL – On• Authentication: (not set)• Delete from server: Your choice – recommend never.• Server Port: 995S/MIME• S/Mime: Off



Other Tips

Sometimes rebooting the phone can help if settings are not taking.• Switch Your Phone Off Completely by holding

down for 5 seconds the button at the top of the phone.

• Swipe the message to switch off• Then switch back on the same way
