• NVR Kernel:– The management and integration platforms for users and
network edge devices (NED). – The engine to integrate and to exchange the multi-media
streams.– Use as a Network Video Recorder (NVR).
• EAS Module:– The Engine for IO Data/Command (Event Message) Exchange.– Event-Action Sequencing.– Use for automation of IO interactions.
• TEG Module:– A Timer-based Event Generator.

Business Model for IoT Server Software Product
• UniSVR licenses IoT Server Software Products to STB Product Companies.– Licensing fee depends on the volume and selected features.– Different licensing programs are available.
• STB Product Companies build in the software products into the STB Products.
• UniSVR provides SDK and sample codes for Client Application Software (App) Development.

Business Model for UniCVC
• It is free for BISPs who like to install UniCVC to support the STB-turned IoT Server (which has little storage capacity for video recording).
• BISPs have to pay for the server hardware.
• UniSVR will work with BISPs to integrate UniCVC to their own Cloud Service Platform.
• BISPs can charge End Users for video storage and for other video related applications derived from UniCVC.
• UniSVR will charge BISPs 1.50 USD per month per every, each paying End Users.

On the development of Multi-screen Display of Multiple Media Streaming
• UniSVR’s IoT Server Software can handle Multi-screen within a single display window – if the computing power of the CPU is able to handle the decoding of multi-channel video streamings.
• UniSVR will require NRE to tailor the existing capability to fit the needs of content providers or STB Product Companies and charge additional licensing fee.
