• ADHD = Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

• Deficiency in attention motor control and perception (DAMP)

THE HISTORY OF ADHD

• 1945 Heinrich Hoffman first described ADHD behaviours.

• 1987 American Psychiatric Association uses the term attention hyperactive disorder.
