• Reduction of accidents and deseases related to work– In Brazil, 3 accidents every working minute, 3 deaths

every 2 hours • Reduction of absenteeism

– 33,7% of the workers were absent once a year or more often, due to health issues.

• Reduction of presenteeism– Workers´ adoption of a healthy lifestyle
