Design of clamp units, Pin units, Swing units as per the parametric modelling technique. Checking the gun reach ability of robot to each weld point. Executing static clash & clearance

analysis between weld gun, panel & facility. Creation of manufacturing drawings according

to the DIN standards.

Standardising the work including time studies and balancing of lines for required production

times to enable the customer production ramp up & resource planning. Preparing work

instruction, Time study form, Line balancing.

Design of welding Fixtures, Grippers, Stands & Racks for Kuka-Volvo, Germany

Modifying the existing fixture according to the new panel and designing the entire fixture for

some stations. Processing grippers, panel racks and gripper stands. Creation of manufacturing

drawings as per the European standards. Quality check hard and soft QC.

Modelling of sheet metal components for Pears (Part of Oshkosh group of

companies)

Study the input given. Prepare the 3D model for the sheet metal components like engine

holding bracket, battery carrying bracket, cowl side and side sill brackets. Check the

parameters as per the given standards like bend radius, bend relief etc.

Locator data(LD) creation in Teamcenter for Ford-U553 and U554 models

Creation of LD files for different parts in Teamcenter- Structure manager by considering

Locator data rules and doing QC.
