The modularity of the ServoOne guarantees you optimum integration into the machine process. Whether in high-speed field bus communication with the central multi-axis machine controller or with distributed programmable Mo-tion Control intelligence in the drive controller, the Ser-voOne is a master of both.
In the standard version of the ServoOne the SS1 (Safe Stand-still, stop category 1) and of course STO (Safely disabled torque) functions are available. Other safety functions as per IEC 61800-5-2 in preparation.

The servocontrollers1) conform to the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EG and the product stan-dard EN 61800-5-1:2003.
The servocontrollers1) thus conform to the requirements for installation in a machine or plant under the terms of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG.
The servocontrollers1) are accordingly CE marked. The CE mark on the type plate indicates conformity with the above Directives.
cUL approbation (in preparation)
Applications for cUL approbation have been submitted for the entire SO8000 servocontroller series (2.2 A to 170 A). The cUL approbation is equivalent to UL and CSA approba-tion.

EMC acceptance tests
All SO8000 servocontrollers have an aluminium housing with an anodized finish to enhance interference immunity (to EN 61800-3. environment classes 1 and 2).
To limit line-borne interference emission to the permissible level. all SO8000 servocontrollers (BG1 to BG5) are fitted with integral mains filters. This ensures compliance with the EMC Directive 2004/108/EG:

External mains filters are additionally available for all ser-vocontrollers (refer to the "Supplementary components" section).
