Tecta America New England Completes Three High Profile Projects at Gillette Stadium“Are you ready for some football?” Tecta America New England just completed three exciting high profile projects at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro,Massachusetts just in time for football season. The upscale Cross Pavilion located on the north end zone, the innovative DraftKings Fantasy SportsZone, located in the southwest corner of the main concourse, and the lavish Optum Field Lounge, which stretches across the south end zone at fieldlevel. Tecta installed a Carlisle White TPO fully adhered roof system on the new Pavilion roof, including one layer of polyisocyanurate insulation, and a layer ofDensDeck recovery board. The same roof system was installed on the DraftKings venue, and it received a 5/8” DensDeck base layer and a taperedinsulation system. The two roof levels on the Optum Field Lounge are also the same Carlisle roofing system as the Pavilion, with the exception of thechange in color to Gray TPO membrane, a 3” polyisocyanurate insulation base layer with tapered insulation system, and one layer of ½” SECUROCK.The Pavilion roof received a custom-fabricated vertical fascia slip-lock panel system around the entire perimeter in the color none other than “PatriotBlue”. We are proud to say that the custom metal fascia panel system was fabricated in Tecta America New England’s own sheet metal fabricationfacility and installed by our sheet metal staff. Tecta America New England Meets Strict Deadline at Ad vanced Auto Parts Distribution Center Tecta America New England has just completed the 460,000 square footAdvanced Auto Parts Distribution Center in Enfield, Connecticut, the largestretailer of automotive parts and accessories in the United States. TectaAmerica New England was chosen for this project because of our expertiseand real strength in completing large, intricate projects on time, whiledelivering higher quality application in a safe construction environment.Tecta met the strict roof installation deadline In order to comply with themeter turn on and generation date.Tecta installed a Sika White PVC RhinoBond roofing system with one layerof polyisocyanurate insulation, and one layer of DensDeck recovery boardas the top layer. With emphasis on safety and fall protection, Tecta installedcustom fabricated safety railings on the entire rooftop, and 187 safety netswere placed over exposed skylights. Tecta also installed 5,000 OMGPowerGrip anchors for the new PanelClaw solar racking system. This newroof received a Sika 15-year warranty. The project was completed for PM Reality Group of Hudson,Massachusetts, and the roof consultant was Tom Walczak from RoofManagement Consultants Inc., of Wrentham, Massachusetts.

Tecta America New England Nears Completion of Reroof at Chelmsford MallTecta America New England is in the process of completing the124,000 square foot Chelmsford Mall in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.Tecta was selected as the preferred contractor on this project becauseof our vast 27 years of experience, successful completion of numerousretail center projects, and for ensuring the health and safety of bothTecta employees and patrons of the retail centers. Our goal is to workwith our customers to prevent disruption of businesses and possiblerevenue losses by providing clean working environments and takingaction to avoid exposure to loud noise. Tecta is installing a new Firestone Black EPDM 45 mil reinforcedmechanically attached roofing system with one layer of ½” ISO Guardrecovery board over the existing insulation assembly. Tecta America New England has just completed the installation of a 270,000 square foot open-air retail center, University Station in Westwood,Massachusetts. This high-quality development is located next to the Westwood commuter station just off Route 128/95. When fully built, UniversityStation will have 2.1 million square feet of commercial and residential space, which includes a great mix of retail stores, restaurants and offices.Tecta America New England was selected to be the roofing contractor for this project because of our wealth of knowledge, high-quality workmanship,reliability, and a solid track record of performance on a very active work site with other trades efficiently and safely. Tecta has unmatched expertise incompleting difficult projects of this size, scope, and nature, and we ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintain strictadherence to contract specifications. Tecta installed 160,000 square feet of Firestone’s White Energy Efficient TPO on two of the retail buildings, and 110,000 square feet of Firestone’s BlackEPDM roofing system on the other four retail buildings, all including an R-value of 30. Custom oversized box scuppers and round downspouts weredesigned, fabricated and installed at all six retail buildings. The new applications where installed to meet a Factory Mutual uplift rating of 1-90, and willreceive a Firestone Red Shield 20-year warranty. University Station is being developed by a partnership of New England Development, Eastern Real Estate and National Development, three of theregion’s largest real estate developers. The architect is Allevato Architects Inc. from Franklin, Massachusetts, and the general contractor is CranshawConstruction from Newton, Massachusetts.
