Ecuador, worked as Comptroller at Bristol Myers Squibb Ecuador and Unilever Andina Ecuador, and

also served as Administrative Financial Manager in the insurance and prepaid medicine sector.

Managing Partner of Kreston Ecuador, graduated from the Catholic University of Ecuador where he

got his degree of Commercial Engineer. He has received local and international training in the areas

of accounting, audit, finance and tax. He has more than 30 years of experience, including his

position as General Auditor of the Italian Group Ansaldo Gie-Sicom, Comptroller General until

1989, Comptroller General and Financial Director of the AUTOCOM Group of Ecuador, in addition

he collaborated as Audit Manager in the multinational audit firm Touch Ross.

Graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from the Catholic University of Ecuador, he has more

than 30 years of experience providing audit services in commercial, industrial, financial system,

insurance, securities market, non-profit entities and public companies. He is also an instructor in

audit and IFRS. He has received training in the country and abroad.
